TEVTA (Vocational Training Institute) Visiting Teacher Job 2023, Lahore
TEVTA was created under Punjab's Ordinance (No XXIV of 1999)
by the Governor and has now been replaced by TEVTA ACT (ACT X of 2010) Punjab.
Mission: Improve Punjab's global competitiveness by
developing a skilled workforce through dynamic and integrated technical
education and vocational training.
Objectives:
- Provide
demand-driven technical education and vocational training.
- Reorganize
and unify technical education under one management.
- Develop
a flexible training system for mobility.
- Set
standards, curriculum, and certification.
- Enhance
teaching staff skills and equipment standards.
These goals include industry collaboration, private sector
involvement, monitoring, and offering relevant courses, ultimately contributing
to skilled workforce development.
